Can't access my inactive characters

Hi,

Hoping I can get some help

When I returned to STE I had to start a new account on the portal because I couldn't log in to my old account. I have characters in my old account that I'd like to use with my new one. Can they please be transferred, or something? I'm afraid I can't just add them as new characters because I can't see their service record or bios, and that'd cause duplicates in the character roster pages. One of my old characters, Ajala Ecchumati, appears in the character roster, but for some reason my other character Thalev Idrani no longer appears on the roster, no idea why.

So, can I kindly request someone looks into it? Thanks, I appreciate any time spent on this, I don't want to be a pain in the ass.

I would help if I could, but this is beyond the access of GDs. James would have to be the one to look into this.

Hi Andrew,

Apologies for the delay, I was out of the country on business.

I checked into this earlier this morning to find out exactly what had happened when you recreated your account. Your forums account tied itself up correctly due to your e-mail address, but you had two character accounts in the system. I've gone ahead and attached your old character to your new account and deleted your old one, it should be showing up for you now.

Just took a look, but Idrani still doesn't show up. Can you take another quick look for me? (sincerely sorry for this hassle). Ajala is there, all sorted for her, so thanks for that!
